Twin Peaks in the middle of Tel Aviv...

A guy walking down the street sees a man being kidnapped into a public garden in broad daylight. There is no trace of the man, but a few blood drops leading to a manhole cover in the ground. When the guy comes back at night to investigate, a surprise is waiting for him.
