Just outside of the notorious town, Silent Hill, a new evil has been unleashed. Therapist Derek Kage is assigned to patient, Christian Wilde who's been found outside of the neighboring town. Upon awakening, Christian has a host of nightmares and dark fantasies to unlock for everyone around.
