Everybody dies. They're overdue.

For the mild-mannered owner of a struggling video store, life feels like he's the captain of a sinking ship. An encounter with an arrogant homicide detective pushes him over the edge, and he begins to exact bloody, cinephilic vengeance against customers with outstanding rentals.
