Typhoon Yolanda devastates the city of Tacloban, Palo, and other north-eastern towns of Leyte. Alice, a social worker in Tacloban survives the storm promising her close friend Rosa, who perishes in the flood, to find her kin: Miguelito, left to fend for himself.
