Katsuyoshi Yatabe

Yatabe Katsuyoshi (谷田部 勝義) is a Japanese screenwriter and director born July 11, 1956 in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating he joined the Department of Arts at Nihon Daigaku in 1975.
